Returning Autumn 2026
Whenever Kenmore residents are asked what could use improvement in the village, they often mention the same thing: vacant retail and commercial spaces, and their hope to see those storefronts filled with vibrant, interesting businesses. After a pause during the pandemic, KVIS is bringing back the event designed to help make that happen - Commercial Brokers & Agents Day, returning this autumn.

What Brokers Day is
Brokers Day is an invitation-only event that brings Western New York's commercial real estate professionals to Kenmore for a day of hospitality, property tours, and conversation. Its purpose is simple: to show available Kenmore commercial properties to the people best positioned to fill them, and to make clear that KVIS and the Kenmore business community are proactive partners who welcome new tenants and business investment.

The KVIS treats Brokers Day with the same care it would extend to any welcome guest. Past events have featured curated breakfasts and cocktail receptions, property tours by trolley, gifts from local businesses, and the presentation of KVIS's Kenmore Village Businesses Survey Report - a resource that commercial real estate professionals have told us they continue to use in their work attracting tenants to Kenmore.

A tradition of hospitality
Brokers Day has been hosted in a range of Kenmore settings over the years - from the grand hallway of the Municipal Building overlooking the Village Green, to a cocktail reception under a tent on the lawn of Jack Hunt on Delaware Avenue, to a trolley tour of available properties. Each event has been supported by generous sponsors from across the Kenmore business community.
