Are You a Good Neighbor?
When the KVIS first started, we heard from many people who would sigh and say, "It seems like some people just don't know how to be a good neighbor." We realized that there may be some truth to that statement sometimes. So we set about finding out what the most common complaints are between neighbors and what makes for a really great neighbor. We created our Good Neighbor Guide as a way to help us all know what the basic guidelines are for creating a fair and peaceful co-existence. We also created the Good Neighbor Award to acknowledge and honor those whose goodness goes above and beyond.
