For eighteen years, KVIS has been the organization Kenmore residents trust to steward the life of their village - from the Children's Concert Series to Dog Days of Kenmore, from Kenmore in Bloom to our work on loneliness, pollinators, and small business. When you sponsor a KVIS event or initiative, you're not buying an ad. You're standing publicly alongside an organization your customers and neighbors already believe in.

That visibility reaches a real audience. Kenmore is among the most densely populated villages in New York State outside of the NYC area - roughly 1.5 times denser than the City of Buffalo itself, with more than 10,000 people per square mile. Our events draw this audience together with visitors from across Western New York, and your sponsorship appears in the places they're already paying attention: press releases, event banners, our website and social media, and printed materials distributed throughout the region.

Most importantly, KVIS sponsors are seen as community partners, not just advertisers. That distinction matters - to customers who choose local, to employees who want to work somewhere values-aligned, and to a neighborhood that notices which businesses show up for it.

What you can sponsor in 2026

Our 2026 Sponsorship Opportunities Brochure (above) details each available event and initiative, with tier pricing, recognition packages, and event attendance figures. A brief overview:​
  • Children's Concert Series - now in its 15th year, drawing well over 1,000 families each summer; four concert evenings in July and August
  • Kenmore in Bloom - over 600 participating locations and 40 volunteer Bloom Scouts across a month-long celebration of gardens and storefronts
  • GIGANTIC Kenmore Garage Sale - a beloved village-wide reuse event in its 11th year, drawing bargain-hunters from across Western New York
  • Dog Days of Kenmore - WNY's largest outdoor dog event, with over 100 vendors, rescue groups, contests, live music, and food trucks
  • Decorating Kenmore - year-round seasonal beautification including winter garlands, patriotic displays, and autumn trimmings
  • Green Thumb Helpers - volunteer gardeners tending the Point Gardens and Library Garden from April through September
  • Onesies for Newborns - welcoming every new Kenmore baby with a hand-delivered "Made in Kenmore" onesie
  • Help for Loneliness - our outreach on social isolation, delivered at churches, libraries, and senior living communities
Investment levels and naming sponsorships
​Sponsorship levels begin at $25 and scale up to naming sponsorships for signature events. Each level is tied to a defined package of visibility and recognition - details are in the brochure.

Naming sponsorships for signature events are limited and exclusive, offering top-tier recognition across all event materials and communications for the sponsorship term. Package deals are available when you support more than one KVIS initiative in 2026, and in-kind contributions - printing services, photography, gift cards, professional services - can count toward sponsorship.
